I’m Geoff Bell-Devaney and I know this place well.

In my early thirties, severe panic attacks suddenly took over my life, collapsing a world that had once felt wide open. What began as desperation eventually became a twenty-five-year journey to understand anxiety at its roots—and discover how real peace is created from within.

This isn’t about suppressing anxiety or simply learning to cope with it. It’s about discovering how to create an inner world where anxiety no longer runs the show. About reclaiming our peace. And our power. Creating them.

Together we learn how to:

  • Bring safety and ease back into the body.

  • Meet anxiety with compassion instead of resistance.

  • Build an inner foundation of calm, resilience, and quiet strength.
