I’m Geoff Bell-Devaney and I know how overwhelming anxiety can become. In my twenties, my life felt wide open - I chased adventure across continents - sailing in the South Pacific; surfing warm waves around the world; running my own English school in Japan; months skiing waist-deep powder in Canada. Life was exploration and movement.

Shortly after my thirtieth birthday, however, that carefree world completely imploded - severe panic attacks suddenly took over. My life - once expansive and adventurous - collapsed into a small existence governed by fear.

After unimaginable suffering, I eventually found my way into deep peace - but many years later, overwhelming anxiety returned, and I realized something deeper was needed for real, lasting change.

After years of searching, what I discovered totally changed my life: I realized that we have the ability to create inner peace - and it is by introducing ease and safety into the body and the breath, and courageously embracing our feelings with acceptance and compassion - that we can do that.

That’s what makes this work so different.

It gives you a clear, practical, embodied way to shift out of fear and into a deeper sense of inner calm - so anxiety no longer dominates your experience, and peace becomes something you can reliably create and return to, no matter what life may bring.

This isn’t about suppressing anxiety or simply learning to cope with it. It’s about discovering how to create an inner world where anxiety no longer runs the show. It's about reclaiming our inner peace. And our power.
