
Buddhism teaches us that there are two wings to the bird of awakening: mindfulness and lovingkindness. Mindfulness opens the mind and bears wisdom. Lovingkindness opens the heart and bears love. We need both wisdom and love to awaken to our true nature.
This six week Introduction to Presence course will provide you with the exact mindfulness and lovingkindness techniques that you need to grow in wisdom and love and to awaken to the present moment. These are tools that will help you experience a greater degree of awareness, insight, and wisdom in your life. They will allow you to be more present to the reality of whatever you may be experiencing in any moment and to improve your ability to respond to each new situation from a place of greater attention, acceptance, and agency. The tools you will learn in this course will help you to see more clearly your old patterns and fears and show you how to liberate yourself from them . This course will help you experience a deeper sense of peace, empowerment, and connection with yourself and the world around you.
By applying these tools in an intentional way - a mindful way - you will, over time, find yourself becoming happier and more fulfilled. Ultimately, this Introduction to Awakening course will help you better know yourself so that you can, in turn, begin to know a much deeper sense of peace, purpose, and presence.
The cost for this remote six week course is $550.
Mid course check-in sessions. If you would like, I can also help support your understanding and implementation of these tools in 30 minute check-ins between the weekly sessions as needed ($45/ session). Not required, but helpful.
